The treadmill provides a speed range of 0-16km/h (0-10mph) and an incline from 0-10%. The SelectFlex™ cushioned deck is ideal if you want to personalise the feel under foot, for it allows you to adjust the cushioning between soft and firm to meet your preferences. ActivePulse™ automatically adjusts speed and incline to keep you in your targeted zone. Once your workout is over the treadmill easily folds away to maximise your rooms space.
